Words of Power

2Timothy
1:7 For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.God's promises are important to the way we live. One of God's promises to you, the believer, is that you have received the power of Jesus, His love and sound mind (for you have the mind of Christ).
As we read newspapers, listen to television and radio-the information we receive is intense and able to cause fear. Fear is simply being afraid of that which has been planted in your mind.
Certainly, the disciples had fear-and yet when Jesus woke from His sleep, He didn't call for intercessors, or seek counsel. He used the God-given authority that we all have and spoke to the storm.
Each one of us has storms in our life. For some our finances, our marriages, our children-speak to the mountain. Do not let fear creep into your life. Do not meditate on what has not occurred. Spend your meditations on that which is Godly and pure. It takes as much energy (with greater results), to think and speak good about the circumstances, as it does to grumble and be fearful.
God has given made you more than a conqueror, standing in the faith of Christ. Today, submit your circumstance(s) to God. If the circumstance exalts itself against the name of Jesus, remove it with the Word of God. "Cast down every imagination".
The Word of God is powerful and mighty. God has given you the spirit of POWER, LOVE and SOUND MIND.
IS 55
11 So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.Send God's Word into your situations today.
