Pillars of clouds and fire...
(If it is welcome and a blessing, send it on to others,Lee)
Last night we celebrated the birth of a new cell in our home. A cell church is comprised of cell groups meeting on a night in the home of a family. Sundays we come together to celebrate the Lord.
There was 25-30 people here. The new group will have 11 people to start. We began in prayer thanking God for the wonderful things He has done for us. When we took a time to break bread, it was eveident that many different emotions were going on. We all realize that we will see each other, probably as much, But there was an intimacy that will be replaced and reshapen as new people are introduced to our groups. We had developed for months. Physical limitations began to constrain us. People who needed more intense ministry, or a quiet time to talk to someone, found it difficult.
Our hope is to see all those we know come into the Kingdom of God. I watched tears of laughter, tears of sadness coming down the cheeeks of people. We were growing up.
It is like sending your child out into the world, believeing (hoping) you have taught all, knowing God's Grace is sufficient. We are advancing the Kingdom of God. These two groups will develop their own character, their own problems and their own solutions. New people will be raised up, to do the work of ministry.
Growing up in the things that the Lord has placed within them. Exercising their gifts.
For a while the intimacy will grow, and so will the groups as the Love of God attracts. Ministry comes as people grow in the Lord. When they are so in love with the Father, that they want all to know.
This group, of people, with gifts as different as can be, advancing the Kingdom.
I shared this scripture last night,
Acts:2
I don't know about you, but I want my family to come to the Lord. I want to see my city moved to revival. The above scriptures indicate the fellowship, the common purpose. Did they have problems? I am sure they did. But the church was added to daily.
Let's get back to basics. Fellowship, prayers, breaking bread and the common goal of seeing people brought to salvation.
Selah.
Shalom.
We pray for you, each and every day. If this is an encouragement
to you. Please tell us, and please email it to someone else. If you have
a prayer request, please mail it to us. We want to stand with you, battling
spiritual wickedness, seeing people made free. We want to serve our brother
and sister. In the Service of Christ for His Glory, For more information on this ministry or to receive our newsletter

Dear Friends:
42 And they continued stedfastly in the apostles doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers.
43 And fear came upon every soul: and many wonders and signs were done by the apostles.
44 And all that believed were together, and had all things common;
45 And sold their possessions and goods, and parted them to all men, as every man had need.
46 And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart,
47 Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.
