Yesterday was my long day. 2 regular get togethers to pray with other church leaders and in between a lot of meetings. Even at 10 we were still busy. But I learned some valueable lessons. Lessons that will remain for a long time. They have to do with relationship. This is probably one of the hardest places for the body of Christ. People are people. And my opening meeting was with my wife. we discussed some of the things we feel that we are working on and those that may need more work. The next meeting was getting together to pray. It was about spiritual love and the impact it has on the body of Christ. I spent over 4 hours in the next meeting working on relationship with a friend of mine. Then I had another meeting where we got together to pray for the city. More relationship. A meeting with the new landlord to be and then dinner at home. Everyone's different and every relationship is different. How do we function? Some people have a natural ability for relationships. There is a place where we must have relationships out of love for the Father, with the mindset that it may or may not grow. It takes work.

How did Jesus do it?

I am not sure. I know He was not always with the disciples (something we must learn-take time with the Father!) and I know that He spent a lot of time with a lot of other people.

Why did people love Him the way they did? That is one of the answers that we need to challenge ourselves with. I know God is love. How does that relate to me? How do I become love towards another? I am not looking for a quick fix scripture. Certainly, we begin with the Word. I am talking about bringing it together in our life.

It is the first thing the world looks at, so it needs to be the first thing on our minds. I know I am not there. But is it not a place we are to be heading for?

A few notes.

I have a lease in my hands and am trying to work out some last minute details. Prayerfully a permit will arrive and we can get going on this building for the church.

Also many responded with a number of different thoughts concerning the dreams. Thank you. I am simply waiting to see where God is going with this.

Selah.

Shalom.
